Ukraine drives Russian forces from Snake Island. In a setback for Moscow, Russian troops have withdrawn from the Black Sea island after repeated assaults, a move that possibly undermines their control over vital shipping lanes for grain.

Cloud-based contact center market to grow by $27 billion. A Technavio report estimates the market to grow at a CAGR of 19.97% from 2021 to 2026. The rising adoption of cloud-based contact centers coupled with the increasing popularity of social, mobile, analytics, and cloud technologies will propel the growth, the report said.
